First glad I found you, going mad trying to get to grips with our Italian wedding!!

So we are not getting married till May 2012, but we wont to make a good start now, plus I love all the planning bit, so if anyone else has experiance that could help I would be very pleased to here from you.

Not sure what part of Italy but more than likley Tuscany. We will need to have a civil service at a Town Hall then back to villa we have hired for cocktail, and a tuscan style meal. We will have around 50 people with us.

So I have looked at all the websites, tried to get an idea of what, then I find out one place is miles from any airport I mean 100 miles and so on. We are going over this year for a scotting trip but would love some help pleaseeee
